Using a therapy that is improperly configured isn't going to be conducive to you wanting to use it. But NOT using it isn't going to help you feel better either.
This is why it's so important for the users to take charge of their own therapy and start thinking about what would work best for them. Using the reports, analyzing their content and learning more about what's going on as they sleep.
