Yes, they did! And, it doesn't surprise me at all.
They've closely monitored this forum for years.......and I noticed that the search I did which produced that link didn't have it listed anymore, either........along with the PR REMstar Auto 60 series provider manual.
I was just doing a search for "Encore" stuff for another forum poster who was wondering about it and that other stuff showed up in it. So, I thought I'd make it available for those who wanted to get a copy before P/R got wise and pulled the link. If someone else still needs a copy of it, I'm SURE there are many copies of it available now.

Poor, stupid manufacturers. They persist in making the therapy harder for those who need it and contribute to the reasons why the users give up in frustration.......and then wonder why there is such a pitiful compliance rate with this therapy.
