I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

wonder what kind of SN 2314 airsense this is for $69, if it is an airsense, can't read the REF #. gotta wonder about some of these CL ads.

looks like a 37028 to me.... which would make it an air10 autoset.

Hey Marnne, fellow eastcoaster here. How do you like the Dreamstation? I'm about to get a new machine, and it's between the Arisense 10 and the Dreamstation.

Yeah... and from the photos, not the best housekeepers either. A ripped padded envelope, paper on the floor, the machine on the floor. Still if someone could drive over and check it out, then maybe it's a sweet under-the-counter estate sale regarding someone who is deceased. If it's a thief and they grab your $69 and give you no machine, then you're not out much except some hassle (moral issues aside for a moment).

Hey bcab17! I am new to cpap. I have had the DreamStation since November and have nothing to compare it to. I really like it and the only drawback is I would like to monitor my progress with Sleepyhead. I am going to download Encore Pro until Sleepyhead is available. From what I have read here on this forum, you can't go wrong with either one.
