Good for you.
However you must remember that it takes time for effective cpap therapy to make you feel 100% better. Damage has been done to the body that must be repaired first. Some of us slept for like 10- 12 hours a night for a few weeks after we got our cpap therapy in gear because our bodies demanded good sleep in order to repair years of damage. Like a car that hasn't seen any maintenance for years, a simple lube job isn't going to address the problems. It will need to be in the hands of a good mechanic for a while.

Very true! I didn't get a change this evening to upload the data as our little girl been playing up. I've turned my pressure up to 16cm as after 2 nights at 15 nothing has changed much. I have an appointment next Monday with the specialist so I'll keep persevering untill then and if it doesn't work then I can discuss it with them then. One thing I've noticed is I'm waking up 3 times a night with severe dry mouth again like I was getting before cpap treatment and having to drink. I've got the humidity set to auto but had to turn the air temp down to 21 as the warm air was uncomfortable

That dry mouth may be due to the pressure, your mouth may be opening because of the pressure. It doesn't affect your therapy because you use a full face mask.
