TMJD Splint / CPAP Nasal Appliance Combo

Is there a PRESCRIPTION TMJD splint that will support some form of CPAP nasal air delivery system (pillow, nose cup, etc.)? For example, the mouth splint would have a thin bracket that would extend outward through the lips to support the nasal air pillows? I've found companies that will make a mouth piece to do this but none are PRESCRIPTION. HELP!
