I've been using this mask for 3 years now. Since 2013 I had always had good luck with the mask sealing. Very seldom would I ever have to adjust at night for leakage or did I ever wake with "Cotton Mouth", a dry mouth. Up until 3/2015 I would run my cushions in excess of 6 months and never have a leakage problem. Well now these new cushions I've been receiving don't seal worth a darn and I'm also waking most mornings with "Cotton Mouth". Has Res Meds changed the structure of the mask cushions? Whats going on, any ideas?

Re: Activa Lt Nasal Mask
I'm an Activa user and it disturbs me to think there might be a problem on the horizon. Haven't gotten a new mask in eons, though, just buy what is on e-bay. Hope this turns out to be a solvable problem.

Re: Activa Lt Nasal Mask
I bought a new Activa LT mask last summer. Finally got around to unpackaging it and putting it into service about 2 weeks ago. I too found that the cushion has changed: it's harder, less flexible, and less comfortable. It's also leaving marks on my face in the morning that take a LOT longer to disappear than those from the older Activa cushions.csb wrote:I've been using this mask for 3 years now. It seems that maybe they have a different supplier for the cushions.
For me, the workaround has been to loosen the headgear a bit. I've never worn these masks "tight", but it's now more critical than ever to wear them as loose as possible.
I'm workin' on it.
