nasal growths re humidifier

Post by SNORERNOMORE » Tue Jan 26, 2016 5:16 am

Hi everyone, I have been referred to ENT drs, there is a obstruction in one of my nostrils and its getting big enough to block the airway and I cant breathe with the cpap on or without it through that nostril. permanently feel like I have a cold. Also feels like I have enough wax in the ear same side to go into candle manufacturing. It looks like a turbinate problems and has been mentioned that the humidifier irritates the terbinates in your nose. PLEASE does anyone else know of this or even have experience of this?

Just go to the ENT, you should get the answers you seek.
I cannot predict what you have, but am pretty sure any blame laid on cpap is totally misplaced.
It is OK to be scared, and even a bit angry, but steer clear of people spewing BS. It only makes things worse.

No. If anything, the humidity will help reduce irritation of turbinates.
