My Encore

I was wondering about the My Encore program. I am running Windows XP and Encore Pro. I love the Pro. I have tried repeatedly to download My Encore and run it, but I am not having any success. Does anyone know of links or have any knowledge in this area? Thanks for any and all help!!

What problem are you having? Kind of hard to help without knowing the problem.

One thing I will say though is if you have 1.6x EncorePro you need a different version of myEncore...

I need to stay away from the computer until I have my coffee! The error message is as follows: Unable to access Encore Pro Database, My Encore will close, Index #0, Message: SQL Server does not exist or access denied, Line number 0, Source: .Net SQL Client Data Provider, Procedure: Connection open (kConnect ()). I hope this helps!!

Yup. You've got the wrong version of MyEncore. Do you have EncorePro 1.6x? If so, you need a certain version of My. Someone else will give a link I'm sure; I can't remember where the links are.
