System One RemStar A-Flex, 60 watt.
Want to get a second power supply to make travel a little easier... looks like pricing ~ $50-80 and up.
Is there something specific about CPAP power units? The plug looks fairly standard

...
Working within a narrow budget, would hate to overpay.

You can find the 80 Watt power supply as part of Respironics DS60 series heated hose humidifier conversion kit on secondwindcpap.com - Includes a heated hose, 80W power supply and the lid. I have one to convert and also wouldn't mind having a spare 80W PRS1 power brick.
The PRS1 DS560 barrel connector appears to be identical to my Dell laptop power supplies, although the voltage is way off on the power brick itself - 12V DC for the CPAP DS560 power supply and something like 16.5V DC for the Dell.

the power connecter for the 50 series is different than for the 60 series. The 60 series is a little larger in diameter and has a black end instead of the red for the 50 series.
Edit:
Just checked: the power block is about $34. The cord from the wall to the block is a standard "8" cord common in computer stores.

Apparently there is a difference in the connector to the blower,
depending on if the cpap is a 50 series or a 60 series. (Or even older)
Look on the machine for a model number.

The "560P" on there makes it clear, a "60" series blower unit that takes the connector with the black ring. Your original picture was the older connector with the red ring for older "50 series" machines.
So you need a Philips Respironics System One 60 series power supply. That heated tube humidifier kit I mentioned from secondwindcpap.com might be a good deal for you since it includes both the heated tube and the 80W power supply, plus the heated tube lid.
