What does it mean if the lowest respiratory rate is -0.20?

Just checked my data in sleepy head and this caught my eye.
Awake all night so the data is based on that.
Just curious.
How important is the resp. rate and what does it indicate? There were times when I felt my breathing was incredibly shallow for some reason, I was awake throughout.

On the previous 5 nights the lowest resp rate was zero, but last night was really not good, hardly slept a wink.

I'm assuming it doesn't mean I was not breathing for 80 seconds, right! I don't think I'd be here to tell the tale if that were the case!

The longest event logged was a CA when I was awake (all this was when I was awake) of 27 seconds.

A glitch in SH? This is all a lot to learn and interpret!

Where does the 80 sec thing come in?
I don't see anything that says 80 seconds.

Disregard the negative respiratory rate thing as I think that is likely a computer/software calculation glitch probably due to recording time frame data point.

80 seconds of not breathing won't do it in spite of what you see in the movies. You can hold you breath that long without any adverse effects other that feeling pretty stressed at the end. My longest central apnea (pre-ASV machine which doesn't allow such things), was two minutes thirty seconds. I slept through the whole thing.
