Good Morning and Happy Veteran's Day,
Last night I had 28 pressure pulses which is highly unusual for me. I have, on average 3 - 8 per night, for the last month and a half. AHI was .41 which is about normal. No large leaks or issues that I can see.
Any comments?

Is your machine attached to a modem?
Check your settings; and make sure they are still at 9-13.
If it is possible to change your settings remotely, some nincompoop may have done that.
I have only had disturbing PP's before I tightened my pressure range.
Some DME's like to set it wide open, (4-20) because they don't know any better.

Re: 28 Pressure pulses last night
Pressure pulses are just little puffs of air to help the machine decide if whatever it is sensing is central in nature or obstructive. They may or may not be flagged at the same time of a flagged event.
Meaning it may do the pressure pulse at 5 seconds into a reduction in air flow but at 9 seconds the reduction opens up so it didn't make 10 second criteria to earn a flag.
Why more of them than usual? Unknown really...maybe some awake pauses in breathing confusing it a little.
They are nothing to worry about though. Just ignore them.

Re: 28 Pressure pulses last night
Thanks you all. Last night the PP were back to normal 8 over the course of the night with a AHI of .29.
Did wake up with a little nose bleed. First one in a long time. Weather change, dry air, who knows. My humidifier is set to 5 but my wife and I spent a lot of time outside yesterday, walking in town, then went on a walk again later in the evening.
No pain, no congestion.
