No too long ago I purchased a Microsoft Band fitness monitor that has a function to track sleep quality. The reports seem to be helpful. Here is a recent night where my cpap report almost 6 1/2 hours of sleep but the tracker says it was really just over 4 hours. Needless to say I felt really crappy the next day.
The little orange bars are me being awake or almost awake during the night.
I'm concentrating now on getting the actual sleep time above 7 hours a night. I've had a few recently and do fell much different when that happens.
