To me, that's potentially the ultimate in dial wingin' and non-optimized therapy.
But, any user with a data-capable machine NEEDS to monitor their therapy with software. And, that's even more important when using an APAP in a range of pressures.
"Optimal therapy" is much more than just low numbers. It's also good sleep quality.
How many times have you seen people reporting "good" numbers (sub-1.0 AHI) and still feel like crap?
