Thanks Wulfman and Pugsy,

The micropore paper tape stays secure, too secure, hard to remove in the morning.

I like the Airfit P10 and am resistant to change but I believe I need to do something. The DME was going to work with me to give me a new mask early with a doctor's order showing a concern for leaks but my doctor disagreed with my concern. I'm losing confidence in her each visit.

Pugsy, you have used the new mask, do you think it would hold up with lots of movement?

Any mask I use has to hold up to a lot of movement.
With my back, pelvis and neck issues I can't stay in any one position very long...I move around a lot from side to side and end up on my back and even my stomach sometimes.
The new DreamWear doesn't move much if any unless it is that back strap that wants to slide up and even then it doesn't happen enough for me to worry about it.

In got similar reports and leaks after about 10 months of use..first replaced the nasal pillows and that didn't fix things so I then got new headgear and that did fix things.
I had been washing the headgear in hot water to shrink things but it finally got to the point it wouldn't shrink enough to stay put.
Medicare gives me more than adequate replacement and I do take advantage of this. I wash the pillows every day and replace frequently. I am using my second P10 mask setup, just started treatment last November. I wash the strap with hot water frequently, tie my hair in a ponytail. I have a new unused backup P10 that I can switch to and I will.

Could it be the bed pillow pushing the mask out of alignment?

Don't know.......I'm running out of ideas at this point.

Yes, it could be that this is the problem too. I try to sleep with my head at the edge of the pillow. Also, I'm getting the new pillow from Bret to try. I have fragmented sleep, something is waking me up and I don't think it is the leaks? The doctor hopes the Provigil will keep me up during the day so that I sleep through the night without waking up.

I have cervical stenosis and PLMD contributing to movement.
