If you want to keep the humidity levels higher you might try making a homemade hose cozy and slip it over the hose to help insulate it and maybe lessen chance of rain out happening.
I made one with some old thick socks...cut the toe out a little so I could slide the sock over the hose...did several of them and secured with tape or rubber bands. Wasn't pretty but it got the job done.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

It is more healthy to be amused by foolishness than frustrated over failing to contribute to their education.
Especially when universal enlightenment is a lost cause. At least it is ordinarily someone new.
