Actually what part of water damage don't you understand - and without using a humidifier how does a CPAP actually get water damage
Maybe you should read as well
Its a crappy cpap, it will fail and anyone who buys this unit will get absolutely no help from the vendor or CPAP -
What the HELL was "wrong" with it???
You say you don't use a humidifier and state that it is because of "water damage". WHAT didn't work as you perceived it should that it would need to be returned.
You can't friggin' read OR type...... Your posts make no sense and are missing lots of information.
Your communication skills are pathetic and that may be why you're having so much trouble with your machine, understanding what doesn't work the way you interpret that it should or working with the supplier to get the problem resolved.
And, as I said before........this is between YOU and whoever you bought it from. NOT this forum!

Again........you never stated what the "problem" with its functionality was.
I don't give a rat's behind what
they say the damage was caused by (water), I want to know what seems to be "broken" in your opinion. How were you "lied to"? If you can't even state what the "problem" is, how do you expect anybody to understand what you're trying to say in your posting?
Does the machine turn on?
Does it blow air?
You're the one who is calling people names. I don't work for any CPAP seller. I've been a user for 10 1/2 years.

What you describe above is the customer service problem. NOT what is wrong with the machine.
Why did you return the machine in the first place? Was it making noise? Not turning on? not blowing air? What?
You keep going on and on about it being broken and them telling you the wrong thing., But you have never stated why you returned it in the first place.
None of us work for cpap.com. Man of us are happy customers, and we don't feel it is fair to post accusations without actual information. You need to post the symptoms of the machine that you sent in, and also the symptoms of the machine that you received back. Maybe we can help you get it working.
Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?

I don't think he wants any help just wants complain. If he/she did they would go back & read what they posted in the beginning instead of being a butt about it.

That is pretty obvious, especially when I have asked him three times if he has tried to contact the Goodmans and he refuses to answer the question. Instead, he keeps arguing with everyone else who has posted on this thread and has engaged in name calling.

ids -- you're just mean. I watched this thread with amusement, for a while, but now I feel compelled to stick in my 2 cents.
The problem is NOT the reading comprehension of the people here, but of your writing ability. Instead of reading what they are asking you, you just get mad, nasty and irate. It wasn't until one of your last posts that you actually answered the question as to what was wrong with the machine -- it wouldn't turn on. People asked you over and over again and you NEVER responded until that post.
This is the problem with people today -- refusing to look at their own behavior to see if that might be the problem. Too busy being a jerk and blaming everyone else. And ids -- you are a jerk.

Your question is appropriate to your posts. You have repeated your complaint over and over again...we get it!
"do you post just to post?" You are not getting sympathy here......NOW..GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
