No, you're fine.

While there is a limited roll out presently underway, official release is not until October.

Sorry Lsat
i hate to say it but ...
what you see in them posts (i looked before posting this)
is called a "limited roll out" as Guest said
alot of companies do it to see how well their product is received
before they do a full roll out.......................................
...................
i mean common do i really have to explain it to you ?
you seem like an intelligent chap

https://www.cpap.com/
cpap.com
does not even have it yet

and it is not released in my area yet
all the suppliers i talked to said they are waiting for it
and did not know the release date

peace

Just picked this up from my DME yesterday. Slept with it for the first time last night... very cool!

Screen shuts off right away once therapy starts. There's an ambient light sensor on the unit and all of the buttons & whatnot dim appropriately when the room gets dark. (that is, when the machine is off, the on button lights up. that light dims when the room gets dark. all lights turn off once therapy starts)

Otherwise, very cool so far.

Had mine for a couple of weeks. Operates just fine, easy to use. Does what an auto cpap does, pump air.
