Anyone from Canada? Where do you purchase your supplies?
Hello everyone!
I know there are plenty of members here that are Canadian. Where do you purchase your supplies? I have noticed the CPAP.com is much cheaper, but also know that Resmed and Phillips don't allow their products to be shipped cross-border.
Thanks in advance!

Im out West in Canada....and yes its WAAAAYYY cheaper to go through the USA but like you said the Resmed and PR don't ship to Canada cross border. I ended up going through my DME and VitalAire out here and luckily got 100% coverage with my insurance. If you know someone in the US who you could ship to--then to you? Or have a PO Box maybe over the border to get it shipped to?
Sadly we are getting ripped off big time! Good luck in your search and hopefully someone else can give you another cheaper priced site from Canada.

There are DME's here (they can carry ResMed) who charge very little more than we'd pay in the US, but now, with the exchange rate having gone back in the sewer, I'm not sure where things stand. One place with similar prices is
http://www.clinicalsleep.com/cpap-thera ... m?do=index
There is another option - you can still order from Cpap.com, etc. but have the stuff sent to Reship.com that will receive your stuff, then send it on here... but I don't know how ResMed fits in that scenario... hopefully others might.
Let us know what you end up doing!

Re: Anyone from Canada? Where do you purchase your supplies?
Thanks to you both!
Luckily for masks I'm using the F&P Eson which CPAP.com will ship cross border, but thanks for providing the tips for the Resmed stuff.
There seems to be a large difference even between Canadian online stores in terms of price. There's a $30 dollar difference just for the Eson nasal cushion across Canada, notwithstanding the price difference in the US.

I have begun purchasing cpap items at cpapclinic.ca online. They are in Vaughan, Ontario. Their prices are quite good and often, free shipping. They certainly have fast delivery as well.

I am from Ontario, Canada as well. I have been waiting for months to get a sleep study done and I'm not feeling well.
Is there any way I can just buy a CPAP online without a prescription? I'm not sure how much longer I can handle feeling like this

Craigslist, Kijiji all have people posting them. Check the prices online first before connecting some people think they are worth their weight in gold. Make sure you meet where you can plug it in and test that it works.Guest wrote:I am from Ontario, Canada as well. I have been waiting for months to get a sleep study done and I'm not feeling well.

Other then that anyone who can write a prescription can write one for you including your dentist. Cpap.com has a page with forms you can print of so you can fill it in and tell them to sign.

A few weeks ago I purchased a Nuance Pro mask from Clinical Sleep. Shipping was free and it arrived in 5 days. With CPAP.COM's shipping charges to Canada and currency exchange rates, I saved about $20 Cdn by ordering from Clinical Sleep. Previously I've ordered Resmed masks from them with similar results. But I suspect that the recent drop in the Cdn dollar may not yet have caught up with their pricing structure.
I'm not affiliated with Clinical Sleep - just a satisfied customer.
I'm workin' on it.
Re: Anyone from Canada? Where do you purchase your supplies?
I'm in Alberta. I've bought a new machine from clinicalsleep and have bought several masks from them and have been completely satisfied. I have also bought from cpapoutlet.ca (Ontario) with great success. Both companies are great and the delivery is way faster than ordering anything from the US. I buy from cpap.com when I can but since they can no longer send PR or Resmed to Canada I can only buy generic or "other" manufacturers products.

cpapoutlet.ca is the same company as cpapclinic.ca. - just for clarification.
