Does anybody have any reactions to the full face mask straps?
I have had my CPAP machine since 2009 and have had problems with spots at the sides of my head above the ears and at the nape of the neck, to be fair I have very little hair and have used things like HC45 etc to try to control the problem.
Yes I do wash the strap, mask and water reservoir on a weekly basis.
I Have managed to make a sock like item for the neck area which has helped but it is not quite as easy for the sides.
I would greatly appreciate any advice or feedback.
Thanks.

Look up Padacheek.com liners - many members use them.

Yes... as Julie said... the padacheek strap liners/covers will help in the irritation you get from the headgear.

Re: Reaction to mask straps
It also depends on what mask you have, so of them come with strap covers in box. Sometimes they are not great, but they are free and should well enough untill the padacheek coveres come it if you still want them

Not sure if it will work for you but it works great for me and does double duty. I use a folded bandanna, place it over my eyes and then under the straps of my mask. It works great as an eye mask and protects my face from strap marks. Good luck.
