So many comments on this thread are a perfect example of what is wrong with forums. If you're not interested in a poll, don't look at it. If you have to post that you think it's useless, that can only mean one of two things - you just like to irritate people or you just want to boost your post count. Yes, I'm a newbie. And I'm already tired of the wasteful trash talking people need to do here.
People, newbies or not, who know how to read forums with a grain of salt and assess the value of what others are saying will be able to understand or will ask questions. A forum is a place to learn new information, have discussions about a common issue and share information and experience. Polls are one way to satisfy curiosity, learn something new, and open up a new conversation.
I've seen many posts by experienced users talking about their stats. Newbies are likely to be curious about how to monitor them and this provides a place for that. Too bad so many people are reading this thread just to trash it.
I use the display and SleepMapper. It can be helpful to see what the data is for insurance purposes (initial coverage) and information about leaks can be helpful while struggling to find the right mask and get the right fit. My doctor had gone over my numbers with me and by monitoring I can see if I'm in the range where she says I ought to be. It's not just a question of how I feel, health issues may not always be obvious by how I feel but they still need to be attended to. Monitoring my sleep, like monitoring my blood pressure, is important at this point.

Apparently you didn't bother to read the rest of my post where I actually responded to the poll question. And I was reading the responses expecting to find that those responding would have something valuable to say. Thanks for proving my point.Hang Fire wrote:If you are not interested in negative comments, don't look at them.curems wrote:If you're not interested in a poll, don't look at it.
