So, I have a Dr's appt tomorrow and he wanted to see my data. The problem is that I'm just now downloading sleepyhead and it seems that it isn't functioning. Is there another software to use to collect the data?

Probably another software depending on your machine make and model.
SleepyHead covers most machines.
Wonder if you have a machine that doesn't have anything for SleepyHead to get.

Doctors and DMEs will use either Encore for Respironics machines or ResScan for ResMed.
F & P has a couple of different softwares depending on machine.

So which machine do you have and what problem did you have with SleepyHead?

SleepyHead doesn't support smart cards, if that's the problem.

I have the F&P and need to download a software to retrieve the date. My Dr suggested Sleepyhead but it appears the site is down.
