Aye man. This entire thing drives a hard bargain. But the most important thing is to get it treated as quickly as possible before you lose your mental faculties. And Its 100x times more important when its moderate to severe.
alright mow ive set everything up. I just need to replicate the snoring and see if there is anything bad that resembles dangerous
dangerous desats.

desats from recording 4 hours sit at a stable 91-96( similiar to the homestudy test i did 1.5 month ago). Another weird thing is I didn't snore. I think having my finger in a clip forced me into a regular sleeping position (aving your hands move against your throat disrupts sleeping or causes apnea itself) either that or my weightloss is paying off ( ive made effort to lose weight these past 2 months, lost 7 lbs).

Ok going to do an experiment. And see whether the desats remain stable. Ill sleep on my back. I think I've figured out the reason why i was having those issues. If i place my head further up on a pillow my neck might be more compressed than if i place my head lower. That would give me an idea of what my sleep looked like when it was bad.

"having your hands move against your throat disrupts sleeping or causes apnea itself"
is the most nonsensical thing I've ever read here.

So youve never woken up with pins and needles in your limb and your head/jaw resting on your arm? If your arms press against your jaw or face during sleep. I don't know about others. But if i have my hand under the pillow coming upwards and then the other crossed it will definitely cause me to snore. This was even before all this , when i was 20 pounds lighter.

Gibberish! How do you know what goes on when you're asleep or whether you snore, and what causes it?

Yes, but it doesn't mean the position is the cause of apnea, just an aggravating factor perhaps at those times.

alright I have some final positional spo2 meter runs before I can say with certainity if it's the main issue. My spo2 stays inbetween 98 to 90 during sleep. I've only recorded once very short dips of 89, of dubious quality. Totally amounting 30 seconds from 11 hours recording. But they're dubious to say the least.

Doesn't look as bad as I thought. It sure feels like waking up like death everyday.
