You had an AHI of 1.33, which is considered reasonably good
You machine was on for 6 hours, 45 minutes and 5 seconds.
You had a small but acceptable amount of major mask leakage.
Your pressure was under 13cmH2O for 95% of the time.
I thought I slept more that that! Maybe its time to wean off of Temazepam. I think I slept on my back all night too. I woke up with my headphones on.
Meaning???
You feel like you slept soundly the whole night and you are surprised that the whole night is just under 7 hours?
The critical question is:
How do you feel today? More rested than usual? About the same? Worse than usual?
If you feel better than usual, then your next task is to consolidate your current success for the next several days. I'd say make NO changes at all to your sleep schedule, your CPAP settings, and your sleep medication until you have a week of nights that both look and feel decent in terms of how well you sleep. If you change things too rapidly, it's easy to lose the progress you've made in the last few days.
And by the way, the data looks excellent, even though you are maxing out at 13cm for a while during the night. When you are at 13cm, there's no evidence that a lot of events are getting through AND you seem to be saying that you sleep better with the pressure limited to 13 than you were sleeping when the pressure was allowed to increase up to the 15-16cm range.
