Thanks!....
The missing nights are due to me using my travel machine.
depending on what your travel machine is, you can load the data into the same profile in SH and it'll show you all of what you're doing without gaps.
the most important part is what's highlighted above. if you're feeling great, that's the best indication. having low AHI numbers like you do, there's not a whole lot more to do.
it's great that it's working for you!

I did as you said, and the other card filled in the gaps. Thank you!
If anyone else has any pointers I'm all ears. I'll read through the tutorial again and try to understand the numbers again.
I'm still using 2l of O2 and O2 level is staying above 88 all night. W/o o2 I was licky to stay in 70's.
I'm pretty happy this is working. Without CPAP or O2, I was dropping to 52% for 30-40 minute stretches.
Best,
Justin

If you adjust your graphs in SleepyHead, you can make it so that most of the important info shows on a single screenshot like:
The above was taken on a Mac using Yosemite using the current version of SleepyHead.
You can organize your settings by following the link

the first post in the announcements section has a lot of good 'getting started' stuff for sleepyhead.

Concentrate on the basics and getting a handle on the things like the events, AHI, and leak graph data.
No need to try to put all the data that SleepyHead gives you under the microscope.
If something needs clarification just ask and someone will expand on what it means.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

Thank you all!
I did read the "Pugsy's Pointers" thread. I guess I just got overwhelmed with information. I will keep studying everything and ask questions when they arise.
thanks again!
