If I post my SleepyHead info would someone be willing to help me interpret it? I've only been on cpap a week. I do have a bit more energy but I deflate about 3 hours after getting up and just want to sleep the rest of the day.
Anyway, please tell me what info you need from SleepyHead and I'll post it.
Thank you.

I'm new to this myself - a little over 2 weeks - but I can tell you that I'm also experiencing a fairly gradual improvement in my alertness and energy.
My head is undeniably clearer but I'm still sleepy frequently. I suspect that the apnea has been troubling me for a long time; I've always assumed it will take some time on a CPAP before I get back to pre-apnea energy levels.
Are you using any computer software to monitor your CPAP data? If so, the easiest way to put your data out there for scrutiny is a screen shot.

Heres a link to the tutorial at the top, titled Pugsy's pointers:

There is a lot of info here, so its best read first, then several re-reads when looking for answers to your questions.
Initially, post your data & folks with expertise in a specific area will give you some answers.

Thanks so much, Jencat. It's encouraging to know you're feeling better gradually. Honestly I wouldn't worry much about this except I felt so much better after my titration study and now home in my own bed I feel almost as bad as I did pre cpap. You'd think I'd feel better at home. Anyway, thank you, I have been reading Pugsy's tutorials and trying to figure it all out. My exhausted brain is chock full of information. Probably the real reason I'm tired.

If you post a screen shot here of a typical night someone knowledgeable will chime in to help you out. Folks here love helping newbies and many of us find the data analysis very interesting. Please post a screen shot like outlined in Pugsy's pointers.
