HIYA!

Post by caffeinatedcfo » Sat Feb 08, 2014 1:15 pm

Got a PM so I figured I'd just pop in and say hello to everyone.

Sorry I've been a ghost ... work, life, and exercise have kept me very busy these past months. I'm healthier (and thinner) now than I can remember - I haven't been in the shape I'm in since early college years (before the boozing years).

CPAP has given me my self back!

Good luck to those of you just beginning your journey - it gets better. I'm always around if you ever want to PM me.
