Bear in mind that my OSA is documented much worse in REM stage sleep. I have known that since day one. 5 times worse in REM stage sleep. Supine sleeping isn't a big factor for me. I have slept on my back all night (back when I broke my wrist and had surgery and couldn't get on my side) and had nice boring reports. Sometimes in REM I have some really stubborn events that are hard to prevent...I don't know why...it has always been that way and that's why I use auto adjusting pressures. I choose to let the machine try to prevent the events since I never know why or when they are going to occur. Sometimes my pressures never vary much and sometimes they go roaming all over the place. These pressure changes have never bothered me. I sleep right through them and never have any idea it happens until I happen to look at the report.
Here's the UGLY night. Big cluster of events..around 25 of them in a really short period of time. SleepyHead and Encore reports below. I will post a comparative "usual" "boring" night in a separate comment.
