Not with a high level of certainty. However, see the following graph I made that correlates Zeo data with Sleepyhead data.

For me at least, my REM periods correspond with a more variable tidal volume, while my deep sleep periods correspond with a more constant tidal volume. I also tend to take a few deep breaths (which result in a spike in tidal volume) upon leaving the REM periods.
