One clear airway event that lasted 12 seconds and occurred about 25 minutes before I woke up for good.

I have to give an assist to quietmorning. I tried the Burt's Bees Almond Milk Hand Salve that she tried in her sealer test thread and it seems to be doing a great job. Last night's 95% leak number was even better at about 8%.
