First "0" with S9

Post by Hivoltfl » Tue Apr 16, 2013 5:46 am

had ny first clean night with my new S9, 8 hours and 22 minutes worth of sleep, feel pretty good, that is a huge amount of sleep for me, all my insomnia has gone to visit someone else it seems.

Cudos to all here and the threads full of good info.

I get a zero AHI 2 or 3 times a month. I normally don't feel as well that day, but heck... who could ask for anything more??? (I got rhythm .... old song.... sorry )
Congrats to you and the work you did to get control of this ugly disease...!

Hey, I forgot to brag too. I got 0.0 the other night myself...only there was a slight hitch in the bragging rights.
I only had 1 hour and 45 minutes of sleep on the machine. Woke up with stomach bug and spent the night bowing to the porcelain throne.
But hey...I take what I get sometimes. 0.0 is a rarity for me...often my perfect 0.0 is messed up by one lone event of some sort.

I sure hope you mean 0.0 nights and not the puking and pooping nights.

Congrats! Aren't those ZERO scores great! I've had two in my almost 2 months of Cpap with my S9. And that big smiley face loks like a gold medal!

It just goes to show that some people get all worked up over nothing...

May you continue with this great success.
