Sleepyhead glitch

Post by Saltydog » Wed Dec 19, 2012 5:47 pm

I have been using the sleepyhead software with the patch for my PR 560 for about 5 nights. Two nights ago there was some sort of malfunction and the data from sleepyhead said I had an AHI of 2316.15. The software also said that I was now using a bi=level mode. The software has been ok since and I would like to eliminate the data from that one night. When I go to advanced purge cpap data the program shuts down and the data is not purged. What can I do?

You can try manually removing the files for the affected dates.
Those files are found in MyDocuments/SleepyHeadDate/Profile/and your machine serial number.

The date modified is the file for the night before.
Like my last nights report will show today's date as modified date.
3 files for each date.
xxx.001
xxx.002
xxx.005 those are the wave form data files.

Try creating a new user under SleepyHead and then import the data from your card.
