My great, great grandfather was born in Blackburn, about 220 years ago!

We tried to find the house in Blackburn where he was born, but the area had been significantly redeveloped. I did find and visit the cottage near Carlisle where he died, and where my great grandfather was born.

Cheers,

Bill

Welcome here!

I'm from France, but my grand-parents live in Lancashire (near Morecambe).
Good luck with your CPAP.

Hi!

I too am now living in France originally from Lancashire. You may find more local CPAP friends on the website of the British Snoring and Sleep Apnoea Association.

Not to lure you away from this site- you can visit both, but there is a UK site for SleepGuide- http://hope2sleepguide.co.uk/- which is much smaller than this site and just getting up and running.

Hi,

I am merrily snoring away in the cider capital of Taunton in Somerset. Nearby is the small town of Cheddar, the original home to my other vice.
I gave up sex & violence for food & drink ............... and that's another story.

I'm in England too. Started CPAP six weeks ago. Starting to have some good days, but still been too brain fogged to get properly involved in this forum yet. I've got lots of really good information from reading here, though - a huge thanks to all the posters sharing their expert knowledge.
