What is Apnea to you?
What is Apnea to you?
I've had so many issues w/ my mask and what not, and the annoying arrogance of the respiration "specialists" at my insurances designated provider. I'd like to get some solid info on what the rest of you are undergoing.
Would any and all of you please go to:
http://www.fomh.net/survey
and take just a couple of minutes to do my little survey. It would mean a lot and go a long way in my battle with the knotheads at the suppliers.
Thanks to any and all for your help.

It seems to me that this is not a casual personal survey.
It seems like a marketing survey.
And the source of this survey is not clear.
It requires the use of your email address.
And while there is a disclaimer on how your email address would be used, I suspect you will be marketed for a product.
Now, that in an of itself is not so bad, but the post seems to be misleading, IMHO.
I would caution anyone against giving out their email address without careful thought.

Hmmm, this one is interesting. The website seems to be a side biz for someone and he is researching supplying WIFI and sells custom cabinets. I would be cautious about signing up for this until the motivation is a bit clearer than "getting some solid info on what the rest of you are undergoing."istby2 wrote:I've had so many issues w/ my mask and what not, and the annoying arrogance of the respiration "specialists" at my insurances designated provider. And it appears that he has posted this on the asaa board too. Smells like market research to moi.
You sound more paranoid than me!Anonymous wrote:LDuyer,LDuyer wrote: It seems like a marketing survey...the post seems to be misleading... I would caution anyone against giving out their email address without careful thought. Linda
Lately, it seems many people are not what they seem to be.
Note to all!

Guest, I do not understand your comment nor do I see what this has to do with the topic at hand. I see nothing wrong in cautioning people against giving out their email addresses. I've given out mine to places I wish I hadn't, and it fills your inbox. Not fun.Anonymous wrote:LDuyer,LDuyer wrote: It seems like a marketing survey...the post seems to be misleading... I couldn't figure out why a survey needed my e-mail address so I just put 10 X's in the e-mail box and it was happy.
Also, it seemed like a poorly constructed survey as if the designer knew what answers they were looking for and constructed the survey to get them. As pointed out in another post, you needed to improvise to answer some questions.

???
Say, what does this mean in the source code of the survey?

So, istby2, now this "little survey" appears to be unmasked by the assembled crowd as a marketing tool disguised in sheep's clothing. Care to comment?istby2 wrote:I've had so many issues w/ my mask and what not, and the annoying arrogance of the respiration "specialists" at my insurances designated provider. Not everything that counts can be counted, and not everything that can be counted, counts.

This just refers to the "Victorian Rose" stationary in the background of the page.deltadave wrote:Say, what does this mean in the source code of the survey?
