Did you notice, in the last shot, where the guy is actually SLEEPING, his mouth is open?

Yes I did. In fact in every segment he is breathing through his mouth while using that nasal mask. Sloppy work for an ad for a CPAP manufacturer.

Check out the quiz to see if it's "right for you"...one of the questions asks if you use features like C-Flex, ERP or Auto

Well, this along with its power pack might be an a good alternative for power outages! When they release an APAP version, I'll be checking it out.

Yeah, I wanna hear from the first users sleeping with it on an plane...bet their seatmakes will be so freaked by the sight/sound that they won't be able to sleep

Good concept, but I am almost 6' tall... most hotel mattresses are barely long enough to fit me as it is, so I can't see myself being remotely tempted to wear that on my head... my feet would hang off the edge of the bed!

Well, "Is it right for you?" questionaire is a "fail quickly" quiz.

If you answer Yes to many of the questions, you'll be told, that the Transcend "may not be right for you" because it doesn't yet have features you say are critically important to you.

So that rates at a point for having at least a bit of integrity for not promising all things to all people.

Also nice to see that they're willing to admit that a device that's strapped directly to your head just might have some noise issues for some folks. As one of the resident "highly sensitive people" on the forum, I appreciated that question being included. Just looking at the device made my head hurt thinking about the conducted noise level .....

What? The sound of a billion buzzing bees isn't appealing?

In desperation & exhaustion, I just might just be able to convince myself it's just loud white noise

I also find it odd that they never show the thing actually plugged in. There is a spot on the back where you would plug in a cord, whether to a battery pack or to an outlet. I think I'd rather have a nice thick hose to contend with, than a thin electrical cord that could get wrapped around my neck!

Simple answer? Would you rather have that or nothing when in a situation where the choice comes up?
