Okay, in honor of the social bug "elena88," I'm going to ask. How long have you been on CPAP (or other xPAP) therapy?

18 months today! 4516.2 hours, and so worth it!

I just celebrated a year at the end of April. A year that made me feel younger then <i have felt for 5-6 years

I'm just under the 4 month mark by a couple of days. I can't believe how much better I feel! WHY did I wait so long????

Wow. Averaging 8.4 hours a day on the hose. Fantastic, Donna.

I'm still not quite 7 hours a day. 4 nights so far.

Okay, its been about four and half months for me, and that first month was a doozie, I tell ya!

2 years on July 18th 4321 hours (still working on other sleep issues affecting hours of sleep)
