SNORT!

Honey, why bother? It's cheaper to use Dr. Bronner's castile soap, and it's biodegradeable, and you can get it in scents you like to sniff.

BTW, you can buy all kinds of "fancy" washes for your silicone products - including your marital aids - but really, why bother? Use an organic all natural cleanser, and then after washing and rinsing well under running tap water, boil the silicone item for 5 minutes in clean boiling water. Air dry.

Works for Diva cups, cpap masks, marital aids...

Cheers,
Barbara

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula. :)

Nixie,

Since you deleted your post, I don't know what your product was.

As it happens, I use Dr. Bronner's, but if there's something in the same price range, I might look at it. We make product recommendations all the time around here.

Nixie, you have not been around here long enough to know Babette. She treats all of us like that but we still love her!!! Don't take it personal.

Nixie, since you can't seem to recognize that I was attempting to save you money, instead of using your pricey menstrual cup wash on your cpap mask, I guess I don't feel real sorry for you.

For those that don't know - Diva Wash is a product made to wash out menstrual cups. If you're into that sort of thing, you can google Diva Cup or Diva Wash.

I didn't delete the post - Nixie did.

I for one wouldn't want to put it on my face. But clearly Nixie feels differently.

Since it was her first ever post here, I personally believe believe she's a spammer.

Oops ...

I think I'll go back to the andrgel thread.

Hi Nixie,
If that's your impression of what Barb wrote...I think it's time you go back to "English Comprehension School" ...either that or...better yet... I would probably apologize for my misinterpretation.

OK. I've only been around here for about 10 months, but this is the weirdest thread I've ever seen.

Whose idea was it to make the subject line a "." anyway?

Babette, if I may, the soap will do the trick. You don't need to boil a mask...never ever! Not even your marital aids. Good ol handsoap kills bacteria just by the friction of the washing and the soap itself. That's why antibacterial soap is a waste of time.

We are a very germaphobic society. Same argument around here on whether to clean your hose or not, I prefer to do so just on the safe side...again just a bit a soap will do ya!
