Nope. I've dealt with Apria, and CPAP.COM.

CPAP.com is the most reliable and fastest company I have delt with and they will price match cpapsupplyusa's prices.

I guess I need to rephrase my question.
Has anyone had any bad experiences with this company?

Re: cpapsupplyusa info/feedback?
I ordered Encore Pro from them a couple of years ago. I specifically wanted what was being advertised on their website 1.8i version and they sent me 1.6i version. I told them I could not use 1.6i and had to have 1.8i (for AFLEX machine). They said they could not sell it to me so I sent the 1.6i version software back to them and they eventually refunded my money. It was a big hassle and waste of time. I never did business with them again and never will.okejee wrote:I guess I need to rephrase my question.

President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.
Re: cpapsupplyusa info/feedback?
I havent messed with them.
But im not on the same boat as some people about cpap.com i had bad experiences with cpap.com the people that i talked too was rude and kept refering me to the website
I use cpapscience.com, http://www.cpapscience.com never had a problem with them and they i would say our just as fast in my opinion as cpap.com plus really nice and helpful. I buy all my stuff through cpapscience and alot of people i know do as well. Plus if you have question they are open and available to answer your question.

Umm, Robbie.....
You will have some credibility if you actually join in the community. You don't have to purchase from CPAP.com in order to post here.....
So far, you are more sales pitch than anything else. Be a bit more multi-dimensional....
I did look at the site you posted. I am not in the market as I am unfortunately "married" to my DME until late this summer at the very least. Plus, CPAP.com has the items I will be next buying out-of-pocket.....portable battery power....and I do not see that on the site you posted. That is a category you might as a customer suggest be added. Or do you have any employment/interest in the site you are pushing? (Just curious on this last question...)

Or maybe just okejee. posting under and second Guested name, to save of ad costs for another vendor. We tend to get a lot of that unscrupulous advertising here by others that can't or won't pay their own way to run their businesses. Personally I wouldn't trust any of them , I buy my products from https://www.cpap.com, a vendor I know I can trust to treat me fairly. Jim

Re: cpapsupplyusa info/feedback?
At the risk of being called unscrupulous I will say that I purchased my latest cpap from cpapsupplyusa and it was in my hands in less than 36hrs with free shipping. Now granted VA is a lot closer to PA than TX but an order from cpap.com takes 4 or 5 days to arrive. Both are good companies IME and provide excellent service when needed. I'll continue to order from both as my needs dictate and no I won't play the "we price match" game with anyone.
Re: cpapsupplyusa info/feedback?
I ordered a mask cushion from this online supplier last fall. Cpap.com did not have it. I searched, found this supplier. Ordered - no problems.

Maybe I missed some conversation but I don't know what this is saying.
I asked about Cpapsupplyusa because I have ordered something from
them & have not yet received it, after 12 days. I wanted to know if I
should be overly concerned.
Re: cpapsupplyusa info/feedback?
Others have posted they have a heart of gold, but after 12 days, really after 7 I'd be on the horn with them for a answer. What I mean't we have a lot of "Guest" that are here just to shill there products and bussinesses under the guise of "Guests". Some enter Dup "Guest" names so they can better spam us with their free ad's.

Re: cpapsupplyusa info/feedback?
I have ordered from directhomemedical.com and they are EXCELLENT!!!
I have spent around $2000 or more from cpap.com this year but I only did it to pay back Johnny some for what he has done for us although I suffer from no illusions that he does it only out of the good of his heart like some people here. Still, I very much appreciate the product ratings and the product challenges and the transparency with which Johnny runs the business.
I also appreciate cpapauction but it isn't like it is some free service done out of kindness.
If it weren't for this forum we would all find another one or another place to share information.
Don't forget that this is a business and that is all. Johnny is a businessman and I am sure doing very well and better than a lot of us. When he starts handing out free stuff to needy people I will feel he deserves some of the over the top praise you people give him.

Re: cpapsupplyusa info/feedback?
If I had ordered from anywhere...and didn't have any indication that I was going to get the item within a couple of days...I'd be asking what's up. And, after a week it would definitely be a problem for me. Especially if they charged my card. Wouldn't matter how good other people had said a given site is/was.
So far for CPAP related online purchases.... I have ordered once from DirectHomeMedical and twice from Cpap.com, and had no problems. I also continue to have no problems ordering from Amazon.com....
At this point, I pretty much just look at these sites whenever I want to check online prices for anything CPAP related now. Though I have visited the occasional other (ones that are associated with other sleep apnea forums), or the specialty items....
Though maybe I'm just a veteran at ordering stuff online....been doing it for nearly 20 years now, have had troubles over the years. Even with companies that I've done business with for a long time before (some I continue to do business with, others I have not).

yo Sandman,
When I read your line "If it weren't for this forum we would all find another one or another place to share information." I had to respond.
Yes this is a forum set up by someone in the biz of selling products. But the reason we have benefited so greatly from it has much to do with the intelligence and sensitivity with which it was created.
For the past 2 years i have been dealing with issues related to Type II diabetes (luckily I'm only borderline, but I'm busy trying to prevent it from getting worse). I can assure you, there isn't any comparable forum for people with diabetes in terms of how the forum is set up, and the flow of information one finds here at cpaptalk.
I am immensely grateful for the sophisticated exchange of information, support and humor generated from this forum.
