Remstar Auto/CPAP mode

I am trying to set my machine at 10cm, with 20 minute ramp starting at 8cm. The smart card device prescription does not have a ramp starting pressure. Does anyone know how to set the ramp starting pressure?Thanks.

Thanks. It seems that the starting ramp pressure has to be set on the machine, not with the smartcard.
