Thoughts & Analysis wanted
Hi, I'm looking for some feedback on my results (attached screenshot). This is also my first time using sleepyhead.
I feel like some nights my sleep is better than others & last night felt particularly good. Without a cpap I snore like monster. I've been using my cpap for about two years now. Thanks in advance!

Re: Thoughts & Analysis wanted
I would recommend you raise your minimum pressure to at least 8, or maybe even 9. If you don't want to make that much of a jump at one time, try going up one cm every two or three nights.

Growing old is mandatory, but growing up is optional.

Looks about like what I'd suggest.Okie bipap wrote: ↑Thu Nov 15, 2018 7:43 pmI would recommend you raise your minimum pressure to at least 8, or maybe even 9. If you don't want to make that much of a jump at one time, try going up one cm every two or three nights.
Basically, you want to smooth out the ups and downs of the pressure line somewhat, so that you don't have as many events while waiting for the machine to work it's way up to pressure.

What are you looking at in that report that leads you to those suggestions?

Re: Thoughts & Analysis wanted
Suggestions made to increase the minimum pressure because of the clustering of events that are signs that the airway is trying to collapse.
Things like Flow Limitations and snores and RERAs which aren't part of the AHI but still indicators of airway collapsing a bit. Maybe not enough to worsen to the point of earning a flag but enough to perhaps disturb sleep.
Give the machine a better head start on where it needs to go because sometimes it just can't get there fast enough to prevent the airway from collapsing.

Re: Thoughts & Analysis wanted
I've attached a recent day's results after adjusting the min pressure from 5 to 9. I looks like I should increase some more. Thoughts?

Does anyone observe you sleeping and confirms there is still snoring? Just want to make sure you don't have the hose draped over a headboard or across a nightstand in a way that is causing vibrations being interpreted as snores.

No, but the hose does goes straight from a side table to under my pillow. It should be good.
