First follow up DR visit after starting therapy

Started therapy 1/14/2016
BiPap at 11/5
AHI at diagnosis 28

Due for first visit to DR since therapy began. Would like to understand what all the info I just uploaded to SleepyHead means so I can ask the right questions of the doc. Can you advise what info I should post for your review?
