Airplane mode

What is the airplane mode used for? My air pressure seems to be coming out stronger than before, why is this?

It is my understanding that airplane mode is meant to keep the machine from sending sleep data over a wireless connection. It shouldn't be affecting air pressure.

Get involved in the forum, let members teach you how to use SleepyHead software and take control of your therapy.

Register, go to User Control Panel, fill out Equipment Profile and start asking for guidance.

The question was,"What is airplane mode," and your respose was, "for when you're on an airplaine." How is that helpful?

Palerider said "just like a cellphone". we all know what airplane mode does to a cellphone.

I think the OP could have figured that out as well.

Do the software updates happen automatically? Does this have to be configured, or is the machine always in communication with the ResMed mother ship?
