Hi, thanks to everyone's persistent advice, I got the sleepy head software and uploaded my CPAP data. I feel very fortunate that this software is available to us at no cost.
I need help figuring everything out. I will read as much as possible, but I think I might need some guidance first as it's overwhelming with my focus/concentration issues!
In a nutshell, I've been using CPAP for almost 2 years with little relief from fatigue. Many medical tests reveal no cause of fatigue, but I do have fibromyalgia, which is known to be related to disorders of sleep/sleep quality issues. Unsure which comes first--the sleep deficiencies or fibromyalgia, but I am thinking the sleep causes this so-called mysterious dx called fibromyalgia.
I don't have problems with compliance, and doctors say 'the numbers look good', so they consider tx successful and do not help.
Last diagnostic polysomnography showed 95% stage 1 sleep; 5% REM sleep with no CPAP. Data showed I do NOT meet dx criteria for OSA; I have hyperarousals.
Subsequent titration polysomnography showed more REM but almost no stage 3/4 slow-wave sleep even with successful tx. This is consistent with an older study that also showed I get no slow wave sleep. I have asked for Xyrem (proven to greatly improve slow-wave sleep %) but have yet to find someone willing to prescribe it to me.
What data from Sleepy Head should I post here for general guidance? I would really appreciate opinions or advice. Thanks.

I can't figure out how to post an image. I don't have a URL and have no ability to upload an attachment.
The axes are confusing since there are no real labels. There is one chart "total time in apnea". How do I interpret this?
For example, 00:07:26. Does that mean my apnea event spanned over 7 minutes; or 7 seconds?

What you do is to upload the screenshots to an image hosting site and then use the Img tag to cause the image to appear in your post.

There are labels available but sometimes you have to scroll/move mouse over something to get the labels.
If you haven't seen the glossary you might take a look at it because it explains some of the terms/labels you will see on the SleepyHead reports.

three pages, how to organize your chart best so people can help you, how to take an effective screenshot, and how to post on imgur. https://sleep.tnet.com/resources/sleepyhead/shorganizeOceanBlue wrote:I can't figure out how to post an image. If you want people to really be able to see what they need to see, post a copy of your SD card on dropbox.
