MyEncore Error

I have 2 computers. I have installed Encore Pro and My Encore on both computers. One of the computers work fine but one does not. I get the error message MyENCORE ERROR
Myencore will close.......

Mwssage: SQL server does not exist or access denied.
Linenumber: 0
Source: .NetSqlclient Data Provider
Procedure: Connection open (Connect 0) Strange symbol looks like a zero

I have unistalled the software and carefully reinstalled it and it did not make any difference. Can someone help me?

Mwssage: SQL server does not exist or access denied.

One possibility is Windows firewall (or aftermarket firewalls such as ZoneAlarm). Are both computers running the same OS and patch level? Windows XP SP2?
