My PR System One BiPAP shows the total number of Therapy Hours for the past 24 hours, but sometimes it just seems wrong. Last night I'm sure I wore the mask for a good amount of time, yet it only shows 1 hr 45 min for the past "1 Day" as it calls it. Am I wrong or is it wrong or what?
I just checked the humidifier and it's almost empty though I refilled before going to sleep. It was set on 3 most of the time but I changed it to 4 toward the end of my time wearing the mask - my tongue was dry as...toast!

What does sleepyhead say? I think mine has had wacky hours also but when I look at SH it is correct... I hardly ever look at the LCD screen to get info...

I *believe* (pugsy, check me) that the PRS1 machines roll over the 'day' at what the think is 12 noon *GMT* there's no way to set the clock to local time or compensate for clock drift, that's why sleepyhead (and I think encore) has an clock offset correction setting to compensate for that.
so, basically, if you sleep 8 hours but 1.5 of them are past when the machine thinks noon is, it'll show 1.5 hours of use for that day.

Sleepyhead sometimes incorrectly gauges amount of time slept... today I slept in, woke up and turned machine off at 9:30, but on looking at sleepyhead, I slept until 3 PM in spite of my sitting at my computer looking at the graphs at 10 AM... go figure. I've had that happen several times and I've learned that it's just a glitch... odd, but a glitch. I checked the LCD and I can see that the flow rate on graph stopped at about the time the LCD says it should have... yet some events are still being flagged... weird.
