When you do your report images....keep it on the detailed page where the AHI breakdown is on the left please.
Use SleepyHead in full view size.....turn off the AHI graph and bring the leak graph into viewing area. You can do this in Preferences/ graphs tab...might as well turn off pressure also..it is fixed and won't vary.
Yes, You have a PR S1 60 Series BiPap Pro...setting 8 EPAP and 12 IPAP.
What mask are you using that you haven't got any replacement parts in nearly a year?
Please add your equipment to your profile in text format...like mine.
Your machine would be PR System One 60 Series BiPap Pro
Your humidifier would be PR System One 60 Series heated tube humidifier with heated tube (even if you don't have a heated hose).
Do you not have any insurance that would help with replacement parts for your mask?
Depending on what mask you are using you don't have to get a total complete new mask package. Sometimes it's just a new cushion.
What is your cleaning routine for your mask?
So we need to see leak graph for the whole night...don't zoom in on single event and open SleepyHead to full view.
Once we evaluate leaks we can think about pressure changes.
If leaks aren't excessive...then most likely you need a little more pressure but I don't think that will work the miracle you want..you already tried 9 EPAP and you say that made it worse...Jumping to 10 as suggested...not sure I would go there just yet...exactly what was "much worse" at 9 EPAP?
Your AHI isn't horrible and 1 cm increase should have done the trick.
BTW...I would never increase the pressure until I have made sure that leaks weren't a problem.
Is extreme fatigue your only symptom? Do you have daytime drowsiness also?
They are 2 different symptoms..it is possible to have one without the other.

If you are leaking your not getting your therapy.. More pressure will cause the leaks to be worse. What is your leak number?

Re: My CPAP is not working.
Leaks don't appear to anywhere near excessive.
Any special reason you go to sleep at 5 AM? Is this your normal bedtime?
How long did you try 9 EPAP...did you also increase IPAP at the same time?

Re: My CPAP is not working.
EPAP is the exhale pressure...the lower of the 2 numbers
IPAP is the inhale pressure..the higher of the 2 numbers
Normally we look at EPAP for Obstructive apneas
and IPAP for hyponeas.
I haven't seen enough of your reports showing the entire night's patterns because of the zoomed in on single events images but I would have thought that going from EPAP 8 to EPAP 9 and corresponding increase from 12 to 13 should have been enough for both your snores and hyponeas.
Unless there is some strong positional component or REM stage sleep thing complicating things.
Your AHI that is shown...is far from horrible...yeah a few snores but I have seen lots worse and with no more than you are having...heck 0.5 cm should have fixed them.
Whatever you want to try...stick with it for about a week without changing anything else unless horrible results happen.
When posting images of your reports be sure to try to get all the important stuff in one screen shot...it makes for much easier evaluation. Don't zoom in on anything unless you are asked to.
Turn AHI off so leak will come into the viewing range. You can resize the graphs just a little so that all the important graphs show in one image.
Be sure to include the stuff on the left side because that let's us know data, hours of sleep and the AHI and the breakdown into categories...

Re: My CPAP is not working.
Your AHI and other numbers are all within acceptable limits for pretty much the whole year.
Statistically that little difference between last night's AHI and the other averages...minimal impact.
What is troublesome is that you felt good for a while then something changed and you don't feel so good.
It's not like you never felt good. So I can't help wonder what might have changed.
If you look back to those reports last spring or summer...see anything different? Were the snores less frequent back then?
Looks like you only tried the higher EPAP once or twice...so not a good experiment evaluation. Not enough time.
If you are seeing many snores or RERAs on your other reports...then a little more EPAP but instead of making big jumps..go up in small stages. It's simply an easier adjustment process. The body/brain likes predictability and when you start making big changes the body has to readjust all over again. Make smaller changes to give the body a chance to adjust. Besides...you might get lucky and find out that you don't need as much to feel better as you might have thought.

Re: My CPAP is not working.
Those snore graphs are for loudness and not necessarily frequency.
I prefer to look at the snores that show up on the events graphs to get an idea if snores are numerous.
The events graph, top right, give a better picture as to what happened last night.
See this thread for an example of the events graph on top showing some clustering of not only snores but some OAs too.

I think it is the second image shown. The snores on that second report..if it wasn't for the OAs...I wouldn't give them a second thought....small cluster.

Re: My CPAP is not working.
The fact you feel sick makes me wonder if you're covering the exhale vent holes with bedding, and rebreathing CO2 (which is what'll happen if the vent's covered) can make you feel sick and be sick - you must be sure it's not covered.
