it looks like a one size fit all frame.... but I haven't been able to find any sizing guide yet for the cushions

As soon as I figure that out, I plan on ordering one & trying it out

When you find the sizing guide please let us know, I thought this one went under the chin but the photos don't show that? I'll be looking for it too. Thanks.

Could be promising. It looks like they dropped that sliding front suspension piece with the two rails that compensated for side to side movement while asleep, ie. still available on the model 431 and a few subsequent others. Anybody not liking that omission

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

I've been using the Forma for over 2 years and it has it and it comes in handy for a side sleeper like me .

I have this mask and it is better then any others that I tried. Leaks occur for me after its been worn for awhile but not sure if that is a result of my not having it adjusted properly or because of oil buildup over time while sleeping. It may also be because I am a side sleeper . Regardless it will be staying with me until someone makes something better.

I contacted two U.S. on-line sellers about a fitting guide for the Simplus this morning.

F & P has not released it yet, they expect it in a few days.

Customer service reps at both sites told me that based upon the ones they have examined;

1. The Simplus has a slightly wider profile than the Quattro Air.

2. Sizing looks to be very similar to the Mirage Quattro FFM.

When I spoke to them, they hadn't compared it to the Quattro FX yet or any other FFM's

As soon as I get official sizing information, I'll pass it on.

Dave

Thanks Dave! I think the problem with the Air was that it was too narrow but otherwise it was great, so the Simplus may be the answer since it's wider. Leaks are the main problem I have with Mike's masks for no reason that I can figure out. Sometimes none and sometimes over the top! Believe me, I've tried all the "tips". I think it's just the nature of the beast(FF masks) and the way he sleeps, but there's got to be one out there that will be "magic", maybe this one!

Looks like it uses the same "simplistic" style as their Eson mask. The eson mask has been a good mask for us...many patients have liked it and say it seals well. I am hoping this FFM will do the same thing. With our limited number of FFM out there one more (good one) will def. help.

Cesar, I'm hoping you can review the Simplus for us when you're able to offer them to your patients. Thanks.

I haven't found those either. Since its a one size fits all frame; I was thinking of ordering a medium and then a large cushion just in case.
Great minds think alike?

O ordered this from another supplier (not sure if I am allowed to state the vendor name) for $135.00 less a $30.00 coupon so it was $105.00. Hasn't shipped yet so I hope it is in stock. (Just ordered yesterday and they had to wait on my prescription)

Please mention the vendor as you are allowed to. Unfortunately, 1800cpap.com does not provide refunds on opened packages so I wanted to see if the one you purchased from does.

Thanks!
