"alpha intrusions"--whatchya got on 'em?

Can somebody please post a textbook diagram or an actual pressure flow line of what these alpha intrusions look like, plus their time duration prior to a waking-up event? What kind of real life (sleep?) waveforms are we talking about here? Just to all be on the same page. I already know what Delta and K-Spindles look like so don't bother posting that since I don't think it is relevant to the discussion.

You could probably google image it. For myself, I don't care so much what they look like as, A) whether they were correctly diagnosed, and B) what's an efficient path to address them and bring about whatever gets improved when they are not present.

I could get a 2nd opinion on the former, but trying to find thorough "state-of-the-art" expertise in dealing with it appears to not exist at this particular point in our space-time continuum.
