I approach 20 some nights. You bring up a good point, I added my titration pressure to my signature.
Thanks STL Mark. I will add mine when I figure out what keeps me asleep through the whole night. Anyway, I just placed the order so hopefully, I will have good news to report.

My DME said they are now testing the Air and he thinks its better than the regular Quattro -- much less bulky and more comfortable.
He said that while he cant send me a tester unit, he can sell me one with a 30-day guarantee.
This is somewhat OT, but does anyone actually know what these companies do with masks returned under a 30-day guarantee? Trash? Back to manufacturer for sterilization, etc? Re-use in sleep labs?
He wouldn't take my Amara back, even though used only a handful of times, for 'sanitary reasons.' So why would they have done so if returned within 30 days?
Crazy system. No test masks or machines, but we'll gladly take new products back within 30 days and incinerate them.....

Leaks are a absolute NON issue for me with the AIR.... but after about 5 hours of wearing it, I'll get some awakening face farts. I solved a lot of them with pad-a-cheek liners, but I still get 2-3.
The face farts are probably caused by facial oils and my higher bi-pap pressures and not anything to do with the AIR mask.
I'm beginning to think I may need a large in the Quattro Air.... some nights it feels like the width of the cushion is a bit too narrow for my mouth. it almost feels like my lips are puckered...
cpap.com give the following guidance from Resmed on sizing
Sizing Quattro Air: ResMed recommends the following for sizing.
•The Quattro Air is the same size as the original Quattro Full Face Mask. A size Medium Quattro equates to a size Medium Quattro Air.
•When comparing the Quattro Air to the Quattro FX Full Face Mask, step up a size. For example, if a Small Quattro FX is used successfully, step up to a size Medium in the Quattro Air.
Thanks Dave and everyone else who provided similar type advice, I just called cpap.com and was able to change it to medium so I am all set. By the way, I realize I have been bad about washing my face at night due to being so tired so thank you for the unintentional reminded that I need to do this

Talked my DMA rep into giving me a new set of nasal pillows... Will try them tonight. Still have the Quattro, but nice to have both.

My DMA person sterilizes them and uses them as trial units for patients.

49er, I'm looking forward to hearing how the Air goes for you. I continue to love my new Air after years of the Mirage. I had tried the FX but it leaked like crazy. This Air is so light, it almost feels like I'm not wearing a mask! I'm happy with it.

Thank France, I am glad the air works for you. It is scheduled to arrive today so hopefully, I can have something to report tomorrow. If I get any type of improvement, I will be happy. I am not greedy. LOL!
