Just Because

Post by caffeinatedcfo » Fri Apr 26, 2013 5:13 am

I just had to share this because it's my best AHI to date! Slept like a new born except for that brief period I felt the need to open my big trap. Please don't offer to tape it shut because it really didn't have any significant impact on my sleep.

I feel like I definitely made an extra principal payment on my sleep debt last night!

Congrats!

Nothing much else for you to work on except maybe flat line that leak graph just to make it all purty and all.

Nice! AND the CA at the start of the night is probably SWJ, so there's only ONE event that I think is real.

I've had a couple of one event nights. They are, of course, EXCELLENT treatment wise, but they also "offend" me because I have not had ANY 0 nights. LOL!

Way to go! Looks as though you've whipped this sucker!! . This was a great night, but keep up the work long term... it'll become second-nature, if it hasn't already has. There's still work to do... helpin' (hepin') newbies find the diamond in the rough that you've had!!

Good show!
I think I'll get on of those Swift FX masks and try it myself...

Looks like you've turned a corner. Good for you! I've had 8 nights with the AHI below 2 and I'm feeling pretty good about that too!
