Can't nap; the bosses frown on anyone napping but them.
You can tell which ones they are by how the desk/computer is aligned with the door.

I haven't been able to nap for over forty years. Six or seven hours of sleep a nite, or day depending on shift. A burning candle at both ends so to speak. Always could wake up just before the alarm would go off and turn it off so as not to wake the wife. If I set it I would wake up. If I didn't set it I could sleep in an hour. The last few years I have just about worn out the snooze button and I am tired and worn out at times. Still can't nap though. I gave up caffein about six weeks ago. Four cups a day or so for over forty years. I have lost about 70 pounds in the last year and a half. I have about 30ish more to go for my ideal bmi. Started cpap February of this year. Doc put me through all the physcial stress tests and blood tests, ex-rays, yada yada. He was surprised that I could carry my weight as well as I did for my age. My blood pressure was pre hypertension. Now it is mostly normal. A nap now and then would be nice, just can't shut it all down I guess. Might need a new snooze button for Christmas.
